Feeling Of Meh

All feelings are conducive to growth…..

That feeling that creeps up more so often, in these days of lockdown caution, what with hours being prolonged, and spending it with activities multi-pronged.

We have our space to take care of, a couple of beloveds to love of, including thyself of course, try and keep high everyone’s life force, amid all this, I guess it’s ok at times to feel off course.

To keep busy, we turn to activities plentitude, that can be done in solitude. Like cooking, writing, painting, a choice of ours, that hardly has our focus waning.

Chop chop we tell ourselves, we can put good use to this time, let’s try this and that, and go on priming ourselves. Somedays its great, others it is the complete opposite, let’s not fight either, just be with it.

The feelings of sadness at lives lost the feelings of fear at the virus and its damage, the feelings of worry at the unknown, are all for real.
