These days a person feeling burned out think is normal. In the midst of problems, work, stress, and daily life, a person often feels drained and unable to continue at the same decaying pace.

We all have the right to our rest so that we don’t reach the point of burnout and depression that affect society so much, unfortunately also affect me from time to time.

Before we reach this breaking point, we have to learn to control and relax the mind so that we never reach a point of no return.

Today I decided to bring some things we can do in our daily lives to relax our minds.

  • Make a nourishing meal
  • Start a journal ( It can also be a Medium)
  • Nature always helps
  • Start a hobby
  • Listen to your favorite playlist
  • Have quality time with your friends and family
  • Do a new activity that you have never tried
