Pressure building, about to pop want to let go but your lips are locked silently screaming within

Bubbling feeling, tension lines ignore your needs yeah you’re doing fine outward appearance caving in

Feel it all, feel it all everything you go through don’t hold in where you’ve been it comes out when you don’t want it to

Feel it all, feel it all heal from your past let yourself recover and this all will pass

Eruption happens, explosion it all comes out but your eyes are frozen locked on every last regret

Somehow feeling better here the room is cold but your heart is clear getting it all off your chest

Feel it all, feel it all everything you go through don’t hold in where you’ve been it comes out when you don’t want it to

Feel it all, feel it all heal from your past let yourself recover and this all will pass
