February’s Third Week Prompt Of Lifeline
Greetings Lifeline Poets,
Recently I finished the Lifeline Poetry Challenge and I am about to announce the winner soon. I resumed the weekly prompts but now when the challenge is over, we are back with our weekly prompts.
As February is the month of love, we already celebrate Valentine’s day but still, the month isn’t ending. So, let’s do something fun before the love’s month-end.
I know not everyone spent their valentine’s day with their partners. Many people are still single like me, who didn’t celebrate this occasion with their partners.
I have recently read a wonderful article about love which I want to share here written by Rodney Brazier
In his piece, he gave wonderful advice to all the youngsters that we should never give up on finding true love. We all want to be loved and it’s our right to find the right person for ourselves.
We all need people and relationships in our lives to share our love.
Here are many reasons why we need people or partners in our lives.
- They improve our well being when we are surrounded by the people whom we love
- When we are around people who drive us crazy, we grow
- We all need people to depend on in the difficult times
- We all need a person with whom we can share good and bad
Therefore, this week’s prompt is,
If you haven’t met your love yet, write a letter to that person and tell them how excited you are to meet them someday. This could be fun to look at later in and you will have a wonderful memory to cherish in the future. If you have a partner in your life, then write a poem dedicated to that person who makes you feel special.
Share your inner heart at Lifeline.
"One word frees us of all the weight and pain of life: That word is love."
– Sophocles
Love makes life beautiful and precious.
