I just watched an incredibly informative movie that’s available for free on YouTube. It’s called “Fat Fiction” and can be found here:

It is truly mind-blowing. If you watch it, be prepared to be outraged and encouraged at the same time.

Even if you don’t struggle with your weight yourself, watch it, because you probably know someone who does struggle with theirs daily.
