Failure is Still Positive
I didn’t reach my Goal, but I did learn something…

I set my January goal to write and publish for 31 days straight. I didn’t reach the 31 days. My reasons, or excuses:
- Getting the flu..(Not COVID)
- Unplanned trips to the doctors, and some Ultra sounds for some unexpected medical conditions
- Picking up extra shifts at my day job to make up for the lost ones
But I did learn a few things in writing for 15 days. The longest stretch was the first two weeks of January.
- Coming up with content everyday was more difficult then I first thought.
- Narrowing down what I wanted to write about was more difficult then I thought.
- After writing 4 days in a row it was super motivating to keep going, I loved being on a roll.
- Even just completing 15 days in a month was more publishing then I had previously done in one month. I can do this!!
- Not reaching my goal gives me the motivation to try it again and be more determined to get it done!
- I made more money then the previous two months. It proved to me the more I write the more I can make.
- I LOVE WRITING 👐, and yes this is what I really want to spend my life doing.
Failure doesn’t mean it’s over. I treat failure as a way to improve and move forward. Anyone can hit bumps on the road to success, it really is how you deal with that failure that matters.
Your turn, where have you stumbled or failed, and how have you pushed passed it? What is your nature in dealing with set backs?
Have a beautiful and Very Blessed Day… 😍
