Did you know that four sticks of butter equal a pound?
I like to think of my weight loss compared to sticks of butter. So, for every pound gone, I say, “I’ve lost four sticks of butter.”
My doctor told me that I need to move more this month. So, here’s what I’ve added to my days.
I love exploring YouTube videos for doable movements. I will sometimes work out for 7, 10, or 15 minutes. If I’m full of energy, I will be intentional about doing 30 minutes all at once.
