I can’t fucking emphasize enough how much of my business, relationship, health, heck LIFE journey I reflect on and realize that the only damn reason I didn’t get there faster, get to this point faster, get to wherever the hell I could or should have been faster, was because I let my “𝓷𝓸𝓽 𝓰𝓸𝓸𝓭 𝓮𝓷𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱’𝓼” run the damn show.

→Maybe they don’t fucking like me…

→Maybe they think I’m silly, unprofessional, immature…

→Maybe they’re fucking annoyed that my content isn’t better organized, that my way of delivering isn’t more streamlined, that everything isn’t predictable and certain and polished, just so!

→Maybe my stomach is not flat enough or my boobs not big enough.

→Maybe I’m too out there or not out there enough.

→Maybe I have too many kids

→Maybe I’m too young or too old

→Maybe I’m not fun enough

→Not smart enough or have enough degree’s or certifications

𝐸𝓋𝑒𝓇 𝓃𝑜𝓉𝒾𝒸𝑒 𝒽𝑜𝓌 𝓌𝒽𝒶𝓉𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝒻𝓊𝒸𝓀 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒻𝑒𝑒𝓁 𝒾𝓃𝓈𝑒𝒸𝓊𝓇𝑒 𝒶𝒷𝑜𝓊𝓉 𝒾𝓈 𝒿𝓊𝓈𝓉 𝒶 𝓇𝒶𝓃𝒹𝑜𝓂 𝒷𝓊𝓃𝒸𝒽 𝑜𝒻 𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓉 𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝒴𝒪𝒰 𝒹𝑒𝒸𝒾𝒹𝑒𝒹?

I mean, why the hell don’t you feel insecure about OTHER random parts of who you are, or how you do shit? Maybe that’s the shit that bothers other people about you, not the shit you think does!

I know it’s not a particularly helpful statement, suggesting there could be a whole bunch of stuff that other people think is messy or God awful AF about you that you didn’t even think of. Hehe. But the point is two-fold:

a) You know it don’t matter either way, luv, because the whole damn thing is about you doing YOU, baby boo, and trust that that is precisely what will call in the right peeps to your business, to your family and friendships, to your beds as lovers and mates (it will).

b) The bits you DO make ‘𝓷𝓸𝓽 𝓰𝓸𝓸𝓭 𝓮𝓷𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱’𝓼’ about who you are? They are completely fucking random. You just made that shit up. YOU created a story where the areas in which you should ‘be less you’, ‘be more like the others’, are this, or that, and not the other damn thing.

Yeah, yeah, yeah I know — Don’t go “shoulding” on people. But “getting right with should is a first step to owning who you really truly fucking are and who you are trying to be instead. + a whole bunch of other stuff thats another post.

Why the heck are you making this story up? Who can say.

I’m sure, if you wanted to, you could delve in and find bits and pieces from your childhood, or relationships, or emotive life experiences when you suddenly realized you were different, not up to par, or you noticed your outsider-ness.

Maybe you’ve already fucking done this.

And you know exactly what the hell has led you to continue worrying about this one part of you, these 10 parts of you!

IT DOESN’T FUCKING MATTER.

It doesn’t matter.

Yeah, by all means, go ahead and clear that shit up, that’s what it’s going to take. You clearing it up.

Heal.

Cleanse.

RELEASE DAT TRAUMA.

But be damn sure you’re getting on with the work of today at the same time because if you’re not?

And I continue to get to where I desire to be -

When I realized that my “𝓷𝓸𝓽 𝓰𝓸𝓸𝓭 𝓮𝓷𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱’𝓼” are not a valid excuse to not do the damn thing anyway.
