For every time you want to overt eyes, cover your ears or hold your nose, they are there waiting for you to catch.

Every time you hear something unpleasant, simply marvel at your ear’s sweet gift of hearing.

Every time you see something upsetting or is not to your liking, it’s time to acknowledge your eyes and the ability of sight they gift you.
