Finding love between the pages

A boring book signing event it was; Yet he was the only intriguing factor over there. The book I wrote laid in his hands like a newborn puppy; a moment of serendipity.

Every time a smile embarked in the corner of his lips, I tapped my back for giving away romantic ideas. His eyes made rapid movements in anxiety; intimidated to look at it in proximity.

In the blink of an eye, closer did he come. Making my senses go eccentric! His fierce eyes took me into a trance; Imbuing hope at first sight like a sunshine

Handing over the book for a signature His lips parted to confess his love for my writing. A little longer, I made him wait.

For the first time, my lips stretched when signing. With love, before my name.
