Examining FEAR 🙏
FACE EVERYTHING AND RISE

What words comes to mind when you think of fear?
Uncertainty, danger, threat, and failure.
What is one of your fears?
Not being understood.
These questions are intended for you to answer too:
Take a moment to answer them.
Fear is a primal emotion that can be “imagined” or real.
My fears tend to stem from people’s perceptions of me or things outside of my control — Not actual danger.
My fear of not being understood is not imagined because people’s perceptions of me have affected my livelihood.
My intention with writing out this fear was to face another fear, which is vulnerability.
Face
Everything
And
Rise
Or
Forget
Everything
And
Run
When writing about my personal struggles, I have noticed that the positive outcomes outweigh the negative outcomes. It is because of my vulnerability on here that I have made some meaningful connections and I had some success.
Writing out your fears is one way to face them:
Are your fears imagined or real?
Is there evidence to support your fears?
If there is evidence to support your fears, speak with your natural supports if you are fortunate to have them or a Health Care Provider to schedule a screening for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), etc.
