Today, I was rear-ended at a red light.

Yep, I was just sitting there when I felt the smack. I threw on the hazards and assessed the scratch.

The woman supplied her registration and insurance card, so I took a pic. The intersection was too busy to stand around and chat. She didn’t have a license and was immediately fearful, contrite, and humble.

I pretended to care but, truthfully, I didn’t.

It was just a scratch and the purest form of an accident.
