Everyone Has A Story
This is an article on why I think everyone should write something!

Isn’t it so beautiful to have those relationships in your life in which you feel so comfortable, you feel like you can tell them anything?
It is. Usually that’s not actually the case though. We think we can tell these soulmates anything.
In all actuality, all of our words are quite filtered before they make it out.
They’re filtered by limiting beliefs about ourselves & the world around us. They’re filtered by conditioning from our experiences.
Our thoughts, the messages we send back and forth to ourselves and the Universe around us, are our true expression.
We’ve been taught to judge, filter our thoughts, then only expel what we feel is appropriate for the moment.
This is why I feel like writing is so beneficial. The string of thoughts we’re speaking of here, this is our story.
The narrative I’m speaking is your thoughts are apart of you. They are your soul’s truest nature speaking to you, through you.
If not given a safe container to release our story, we continue to speak based on these sort of old programmings. Thus creating more experiences to match that old story.
This is why I believe everyone should write something!
When putting pen to paper, you’re giving yourself permission to release emotions in the form of something free-flowing, forgiving, and private.
You can throw it all away when you’re done or you can publish it. On a platform like Medium, I recommend publishing it.
It is so empowering to look back on not only who I was as a writer in past articles, but also how I’ve evolved as a human. I see how the stories are not quite in alignment with who I am now. I’ve transcended to a higher timeline.
I hope this story has empowered you to release a little more today. Find more clarity in your writing by learning to use it to express your thoughts. It completely dissolves the issue of finding something to write about.
You are your own inspiration.
Everyone has a story.
I’d love to hear yours. If you’re still reading this, drop your username as a response so I can check out your profile!
