Every time you get an information overload — take a step back and try to figure out what the root of the problem is. You might need to learn how to manage your time better.

It is important to take a break from time to time, as our brains need some time off. When we take a break, our brains can process what has happened and come up with new ideas.

You need to identify your sources of information overload:

— Limit the time spent on social media or other websites

— Block out specific times for focused work

— Take breaks between tasks

— Spend some time every day reading about topics unrelated to your work

— Take care of yourself by eating well and getting enough sleep
