Every Man’s Destiny Is Of His Own Making

He is either its master or it masters him

Knowledge is important in life in order to fulfill one’s destiny. Why did I say this? Because if a man has the knowledge, it will guide him towards his goal in life. He knows where he wants to go and he will seek how to get there.

However, a person without knowledge might not even know he has a rudder to steer his ship of life, not to talk of knowing where to go. He believes everyone owes him. Such are those who indulge in the blame game. They blame the circumstances of their birth, they blame their parents, teachers, indeed everyone they meet in life. They have a victim mentality.

Then they insinuate that those who worked hard are lucky, not knowing that the harder they work, the luckier they get. These are the reasons why they will forever remain behind. This is the difference between knowledgeable men and the mediocre.

Nature Deals Fairly With All

There is a Chinese Proverb that says,

‘’Everybody has the opportunity. When the sun shines, it shines on all’’

This is an indication that life freely gives to mankind. Life, however, wants men to seek before it hands it over, it does not force it on us, just like that. No one throws pearls to the swine, because it will trample over it.

The one quality that enables men to seek is the willingness and the desire to achieve. If a man desires knowledge, he puts in, appropriate effort to achieve. He is happy going this extra mile, he does not complain if there are obstacles on the way. He knows that nothing worthwhile is easy. He delights in the effort.

The Mind Over Matter

Most important issues in life are achieved by the power of the mind over matter. The mind is the creator. What we call the SUBCONSCIOUS. Whatever we desire is first created in the mind. The more we desire this, the more we are willing to put in the work, the more the Universe will pour love on the effort. This is because we have fulfilled our own part for the Universe to give us the needed help to achieve.

We are not been selected for the opportunity, rather we have created an avenue for help to reach us. And Nature does not discriminate or selective. It freely gives to those who seek.

So our desire must be followed by actions to get the needed help. Look at babies in their cot. If you go near the cot, and they want you to carry them, they put their hands up, and of course, you carry them. That is the simple power of action in real life.

The creative mind loves you to take action, wants you to love the work, and be willing to persevere. These are all that you can do achieve your destiny.

Abraham Lincoln, I read, was once a barefoot country boy driving his cattle home from pasture. Nevertheless, he was focused from a young age. Everyone knows he failed many times in virtually every venture, and particularly eight times in the congress before being elected.

Threads Of Light Above You

The work and the tremendous help from Nature are more experienced by farmers. They work tirelessly to plant in due season, but the greater part of the growth is carried on by Nature.

The giving and receiving are always equal. The more you give out of your effort, the more you receive the needed help to succeed.

Whatever destiny you plan for yourself, you can reach it, if your desire is strong enough. Desire alone is the controlling factor, not money, or position. No one’s influence can make you great. You alone control your destiny.

Your desire must be according to HIS HOLY WILL. And it is the knowledge that will enable you to know His Holy Will. Your desire must be in line with the good of the Universe, not selfish nor self-centered. It must serve humanity as a whole.

The greater the need, the nearer the help from above. That is the magnitude of the love that surround us.

If your destiny is heaven-born, then you will be helped to fulfill that destiny. You will have to take the first step, and then every other step will show its route. That is how heaven helps. One step at a time. The entire road plan is not necessarily mapped out, but God will work with you according to how you work in harmony with His Holy Will.
