Every Challenge Is An Opportunity To Grow
Positive affirmation for the day — day 2
This is part of a daily series about positive affirmations and how they can benefit our lives.
Affirmation of the day:
“I have done difficult things in the past, and I can do them again.”
Explanation
The idea of this affirmation is to remind ourselves that whatever challenge we face, we have done difficult things before and got through them, and we can do so again.
An affirmation is a way of setting up a positive inner dialogue, and this is improved through repetition. The more we repeat something, the more a habit is formed, so developing these positive affirmations as a new routine is a great way to improve our lives.
One of the most famous motivational speakers was Zig Ziglar, a source of numerous inspirational quotations. There is more about his life on the link below:
To see some of his most famous quotations:
Here are a couple on facing difficult things:
“F-E-A-R has two meanings: ‘Forget Everything And Run’ or ‘Face Everything And Rise.’ The choice is yours.” Zig Ziglar
“The next time you encounter a difficult obstacle or problem, you should smile and say, ‘Here’s my chance to grow.’” Zig Ziglar
I hope you found this affirmation useful and do share any of your own in the comments.
