Hello guys! Today I bring you a post about some of the spiritual rituals I usually do in the evenings when I arrive from work.

These little rituals help me relax and be in touch with the universe and with myself.

Write gratitude list

For all the good things that happen in your day. I make this every day and it’s so important for my mental health also.

Do yoga

Yoga or gentle stretching to wind down and relax your muscles.

Read and Read again

Read here on Medium or a physical book (spiritual or about magic) i really like this kind of theme book.

Pray if you want to

In my case, I like to pray. I give thanks and gratitude through prayer before i go to bed.

Essential oils ( I LOVE ESSENTIAL OILS)

Diffusing essential oils is such a spiritual awakening. I use it in so many occasions. I diffuse Lavander, cinnamon, pine, and many others.

Meditating is always a good thing

Meditate using healing crystals and cleansing ones.
