Before we realize it, the day has passed with no productivity.
Recent surveys have found that the average person uses their phone for more than four hours each day, and that number is steadily rising.
Since excessive phone use has been connected to several health problems, including anxiety, sadness, and even sleep disturbances.
But how do we get out of this routine? How can we prevent picking up our phones whenever we have free time?
The answer lies in finding fun and fulfilling activities to do instead.
1. Exercise
Exercise is one of the finest things you can do to kick the scrolling phone habit. Exercise has been shown to lower stress, boost mood, and give you more energy.
You don’t need to visit the gym to get a solid workout. You may work out quickly at home or go for a fast run, walk, or bike ride.
I enjoy practicing yoga or running in the morning before going to work. It aids in my mental relaxation and positive morning routine.
