I would tell you that I wish to remain healthy so that I can, short term, do what I want when I want and long term, have me controlling my diabetes and it not controlling my ability to do things. I would tell you that short term, I wish to remain Covid free so I can visit my ninety year old mother for Christmas and longer term avoid contracting it until I can prevent that with the vaccine that will be distributed soon.</p><p id="8023">My energy levels at medium to low are good for that. I swim daily, but I am careful to always have a mask on going and coming from the gym. I avoid touching anything above the water line. I go to the store when needed and avoid it when not. I am self-isolating for the most part. Low energy is perfect for hibernating. Low energy is good for reading. It is good for focusing on my inner growth. I use the analogy with my friends here that there is light at the end of the tunnel. My goal is to make it out the other side and not have the train hit me.</p><p id="1598">My goal is to, come March or April, be so excited for life and people to make 2021 a year to do the things that I learned are so precious and important to me. I will gladly give up a couple months to have people be able to see me and for me to have twenty or more healthy productive years left. Energy Flow: Laser Focused or Nuclear Meltdown?

What a great prompt idea, as we transition to what many of us in the Northern half of the northern hemisphere go from: the most colorful season to the relatively bi-colored winter. Of course, winter has its own beauty, but with many people, the shortened amount of daylight coincides with a lower amount of energy. There are also those out there that love skiing, snowboarding, or other winter only activities that are excited beyond all belief. It is why I am a fan of the four season places on earth so that each can find beauty and joy in each.

I like the timing of the prompt also because I have not thought about this concept in a while and how true it actually is. Have you ever really tried to avoid something or have just been in a mood to procrastinate? If you have, I am sure before the end of it you have cleaned out your closet, switched out your dresser to the proper seasonal clothes, written an article or poem you never intended to do at that moment, gone on a long walk, found something on NetFlix that has waited years but now is a must see, or a myriad of other things.
