Energy Flow

And directing that flow

We are constantly being fed a life sustaining energy by the universe. You can use a different word than universe if you want to. It does not matter what words we use to describe this energy. We can call it source energy or divine energy or universal energy or love energy or double zingy whammy buzz juice.

Without this energy we would cease to exist. Luckily, we are being fed this energy at all times.

But we are not bottles that this energy can fill up then be capped. We cannot store this energy. We are being fed this energy AS IT FLOWS THROUGH US. It flows into us, through us, then out of us.

Perhaps our greatest divine ability is to direct this energy. It flows into us then through us and then as it flows out of us we can point it in a direction of our choosing.

We can direct it towards the trees and the birds and the land or, very importantly, we can direct it towards every single human we come into contact with.

But when we are consciously unaware of that energy flowing through us we instead direct our own mental energy towards that which appears before us. This is when problems arise. Mental energy is divisive, judgmental, ego-driven, energy depleting, and often hate-filled. It is not as life-giving and powerful as that universal source energy.

By stopping the seemingly continuous mental energy long enough to feel and become aware of the energy that feeds us from our source we begin to realize our true power and begin to direct it in ways that uplift our world and all people in it. This is when problems get fixed and peace and love begin to expand exponentially.

We have the energy we need to create the paradise on Earth that we dream of but we’re not aware of it and we’re not using it. That universal source energy flows into, through and out of our hearts but we are stuck in our noggins.
