September Six Word Photo Story Challenge: “Shadows”
Nobody knows where their shadow goes.
Yesterday, I finally managed to board the Shadow Commuter Express – using means best not revealed for your personal safety, gentle reader.
I made it all the way to the terminus and, when I alighted from the station deep underground, spotted a ghostly procession of figures making for this building, built apparently of infrared light and shadow.
I daren’t proceed further that day as, you understand, I have unfinished business here in the sunlit surface world.
But someday, that work will be done and I will be free to explore this newfound realm of non-Euclidean geometry and invisible light.
Yours truly,
H.G. Wells. I mean HP Lovecraft. I mean Aaron.
