Summary

Emotions Don’t Get Weaker — We Use Them Every Day

Every person has emotions. Everyone shows their emotions now and then. Ok, not everyone does that, but most do show emotions. An emotion is — according to the Oxford Learners Dictionaries — “connected with people’s feelings, causing people to feel strong emotions”. I mean, when you don’t use emotion, isn’t that also an emotion? What if you don’t cry and your face is looking sad, but actually you were concentrating on your homework, isn’t that an emotion?

An emotion is laughing, an emotion is looking sad, an emotion is being angry with or without saying anything, an emotion is looking concentrating but it could be an angry emotion, an emotion is also using your hands while typing on your laptop, an emotion is thinking about what bread you want to buy when you’re in the grocery store, and emotion is also playing the violin, an emotion is washing your, an emotion is walking through the woods. And I can continue what kind of emotions we have.

The most common emotion we know is crying, looking sad, using words to express ourselves. These are emotions too. With washing hands, we feel connected through people’s feelings because other people don’t want to shake our hands if we don’t wash our hands as they will be dirty.

In every action we do, there is an emotion behind it. If we do that, what will the other say or do? All our actions are built on what we do, what we love to do, what other people do and with all these actions go together with emotions. I can’t think of anything that doesn’t go together without any emotions.

I don’t think, that emotions get any weaker when you don’t use it, because we all use it, every day and every second of the day. If it is an emotion that you express your face or you express your body, all are emotions with feelings from or the other one. Everything goes with what we have been trough and how we cope with that. Learning all when you are a teenager.
