Embrace Your Magnificence
When the Going Gets Tough, the Love Gets Going

Consider that when you have so much love to give, an ocean and more of love and light, positive uplifting thoughts, feelings, wishes and intentions and good-will for all; that the depths of this boundless Love Energy can match the plumbing of the deep Dark Night of the Soul.
The measure of your grief or depression or struggles can be equal to the amount of love that you hold. You need to convert or transform the energy from negative low thoughts and beliefs and feelings or from giving up, to seizing your own Magnificence.

The Mobius Strip is a surface with one continuous side formed by joining the ends of a rectangle after twisting one end through 180°.
Your up and down thoughts and feelings are both parts of the Whole.

You have the capacity to choose to be Happy rather than Sad, or Angry, or Scared.
YOU are a Magnificent Being of Light amongst Infinite Potential….and Don’t you forget this.
When Life is getting you down, the first thing is to recognise that you CARE and if you are naturally an EMPATH you will be tapping into the collective feelings of humankind. Know that your Love is equal to how much you care or feel depressed about and Change Your Thoughts to thoughts about all the Good that you have done and to the fact that millions of others around the world are also working toward positive things.

Refresh Yourself by a change of scenery (whether literal or online), get up and walk around then re-visit your own personal Pool of your Great Endeavours and Coping Strategies.
Remind yourself of the myriad numbers of ways, small and big, in which, in your Magnificence, you have helped yourself and others. Look for and focus upon what you know to do when you are thinking/feeling sad or lower thoughts (read your Diary or affirmations or watch videos or listen to motivational music or broadcasts).
Soak in the knowledge and feeling that you are doing your best and that we are ALL in this Life together. Each of us is here to share our cares of the Earth and of each other. You must not shoulder more than you can bear.
If you need someone else to remind you of your Magnificence, tell someone close to you that you’re feeling down or defeated. Let them cheer you up and remind you of your choices and of your humanity.
Slow down and turn your face toward engaging with things that you love doing, e.g. creative arts, games, drawing, painting, writing, gardening, patting the cat, knitting, card-making, baking, cooking, watching Soapies or all of the Star Wars movies, chatting online, singing aloud, dancing, having a bath, reading, taking photographs, pretending to be the Queen, tickling the dog’s nose, online window shopping, or blogging.

ACCEPT how you feel and share how you feel and aim to change your Feelings
FOCUS on the good that is being done by all and that you have personally achieved
PROTECT yourself from negative vibes and lower energy by a Shield of light
Acceptance means don’t hide how you feel or deny it because you think you shouldn’t feel that way.
How you feel is part of the Mobius Strip that is you.
Before you slide into the dark of the Cave, talk to yourself (out loud if you have to) or to someone else; shake of the un-true thoughts and feelings that “you have not done enough” or that “there is little Hope” or “things won’t get better.” Pray if you want to. If you have been un-well, get into “normal” activities as soon as possible (to make yourself feel “normal”).
If you really look for all the multitudes of ways in which you and others have helped, they will cheer you up.
