Moment to moment your heart will beat.

Beat by beat your heart may speak. 💞

Our heart is an amazing organ and symbol in our lives. 💖Our heart keeps us alive. Our heart cells can beat on their own which is only true for this one organ in our body. We can say that each cell is beating for us because it does. Love is symbolized by heart shapes. In Latin the heart is “coro”. In Hungarian the heart is “sziv”. Please share with us what the heart is in your language.

In the beginning of my nursing career, I worked on a cardiology unit for a while and most recently I was a supervisor over a cardiology clinic. I have seen a lot of people who required tender care for their hearts. In the medical language cardiology is a branch of medicine that deals with the different heart issues. Cardiac disease is a condition when there is some kind of abnormality with the heart.

To me our heart is everything. It means love, joy and life. Our hearts are a true miracle. Our hearts beat faster when we see a loved one.

Do you have a great story about the heart?

For this prompt I would like you to tell me what your/or someone else’s heart means to you.

It can be your physical heart or your emotional heart. The story can be fictional or non -fiction. 💕Poetry is also welcomed. 💕
