An election is coming in Australia. The Liberal National Party has finally called it. Scott Morrison PM was waiting for an opportune time to call it but that never came.

Lismore is under water. People have lost their homes. Billions have been spent on tanks and submarines. Coal mines have been heavily invested in and emission-reduction targets have been pushed back to 2050.

People are still angry after the bushfires that raged across the country two years ago. Morrison was in Hawaii at the time. Morrison told the country he doesn’t hold a hose.

When asked on 60 Minutes if he regretted Both the timing of his holiday and his comment, Morrison busted out with his ukulele, singing around the dinner table for public consumption.

Rupert Murdoch’s fingerprints can be seen all over Morrison’s every success. Their agreement is simple: Morrison does Murdoch’s bidding, and Murdoch provides the propaganda machine to bury the Labor Party.

But the anger of Australians is growing, and like climate change the rising swell is becoming harder to ignore. Murdoch and Morrison’s party have had nine years of power. It is time for a change for the better.
