Adding excitement and fun to your life offers great benefits for your emotional wellbeing. You need to move away from things that are irritating and taxing for you; and instead move towards things that fascinate, inspire, or excite you.
In order to do this, you will need to experiment with new things outside your comfort zone.
Do things that are entirely different from your own field or profession. If you like something, do it irrespective of boundaries.
Do things to find joy, fun, and personal satisfaction. Do not wait for the right time or for the right resources — just do it.
Do different things that amuse you or boost your spirit; such as improvising and developing fun sketches, swimming in a lake, or dancing to Bollywood music or K-pop.
Say no to a lot of things (i.e. if it is not a hell yes, it is a clear no) and prioritize only the things that are fascinating or revitalizing for you.
Towards a more fascinating and refreshing life;
