Eggs, Spinach, Life Lessons & Pain
It’s crazy hot here and the heat is affecting humans, fruits, veggies, and everything else.

“Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!” I cursed myself this morning. I couldn’t believe I was this incompetent. I was making spinach scrambled eggs for breakfast. After washing and chopping my spinach, I place it in a small bowl; then break my eggs into a cup individually; then pour them into my dish with the spinach.
It’s crazy hot here and the heat is affecting humans, fruits, veggies, and everything else. Laziness or stupidity, I broke one of my eggs in the dish with the first egg and the spinach.
That egg was rotten.
In Home Economy class in high school years ago, we were taught to break the eggs separately before adding them to anything we are cooking, in case one is rotten and ruins our entire dish.
I stupidly didn’t listen and had to throw away my fresh spinach, along with the one good egg.
After calming down, Life notified, “That mistake is a lesson.”
“I knew better,” I argued.
“Yes, you did, but sometimes humans lose focus and forget what is right, taking life for granted. And when you do that, I will find simple ways to teach you a lesson with minimum pain.”
“Damn!” I said, thinking.
“And if you refuse to learn from your first mistake, I will teach you another lesson with more pain,” as a mother, Life informed.
“One life lesson per situation is enough!” I defended, refusing to add any more pain to my life.
Don’t make the mistakes I did. Break your eggs separately.
