But does Russia have the capacity, other than to use a tactical nuclear weapon?
Rumours abound that Russia has been attempting to stockpile missiles recently, and may have enough (~1,000) for a massive strike to overwhelm Ukraine air defences.
In the video, did you notice the camera shake? There wasn’t much wind (watch the smoke), so the camera/phone was probably a hand held device and not fixed cctv. Who?
