Drink from the Birch Tree!
Birch Tree Tea

A wintergreen flavored tea…
Place Birch twigs or Birch bark pieces into a teapot that has a cover. Pour boiling water over the twigs or bark. Cover the water and birch material. Let steep for 5–7 minutes. Strain the tea clean. Pour into your tea cup for healthy healing pleasures in a cup.
Tip:
Never boil the Birch bark or twigs. The wintergreen flavor is very volatile and will be driven off by too much heat.
