Dreaming Away: The Art of letting Your Inner Child Free
A poem about letting go

In the playground of our mind, where our
inner child plays.
Lives laughter, peace and joyous golden
days.
Our inner child dances, in a dream-filled
frothy room,
A marvel of innocence, a sweet, tender tune.
In the heartbeats of us, dreams take flight,
Over the hills in our head, towards the
purest light.
Follow the corridors of time, where
imaginative friends play,
The whispers of our inner child beckon,
showing us the way.

In the realm of possibilities, where our
hopes and dreams are free ,
Follow the footprints of wonder and take a
walk with me.
Amidst the mundane hum, where
responsibilities may weigh,
Find the carousel of joy, where the heart just
wants to stay.
Climb the ladder of hope, reach for the slide
of fate,
For in the inner child’s eyes, dreams never
are late.
Let courage be the swing, lifting you to the
sky,
In the merry-go-round of passion, let
yourself fly.
A playground of wonder, a test of your
might,
Yet the inner child whispers, “Dreams are
your right.”
So, cherish the wonder, the whimsical, glee,
Embrace your inner child, and set your
dreams free.

This poem is dedicated to the inner child inside us all and the dreams we are yet to achieve.
Thanks for supporting my writing – have a gentle week,
Love
