Welcoming the new baby

In a far far away land there lived a family of dragons. Mama dada and 3 toddler dragons, Pixy Dixy and Marinda. Pixy and Dixy were boy dragons and Marinda was a cute little girl dragon. The two boys were always playing together jumping around, fighting and wrestling till fire came out of their mouth. Poor little Marinda always felt left out. She was a quiet girl who felt deep but spoke very little.

One day mama dragon told them they were going to have a new little baby dragon in the house. Oh Marinda wished so hard for the baby to be a girl so she could finally have someone to play with. At last the day came, but to Marinda ‘s disappointment Mama came home with another boy dragon.

Marinda was taught to be happy with whatever she got so she just smiled and greeted the little one. He was cute and happy until he was hungry or needed a nappy change . Marinda loved to help mama with baby’s stuff. They named the baby Denis. Very soon Denis was on his feet and he followed Marinda around everywhere she went. Marinda had started to like the feeling, she never had to be lonely anymore, her cute little baby brother was always around to cheer her up.

After all, it wasn’t bad, boy or girl she had found a best friend in her little baby brother. She was happy and thankful for this blessing.
