We Can Only Dwell in Light — When We Embrace Darkness

In humility, I focus my attention on what is as it is. That is my prayer.

I have done many wrongs and even bad things, to others and to myself. Hidden and not forgotten actions deep in my soul. I cannot undo them, understanding brings light where darkness dwells. It makes me see everything is part of the one great movement, LIFE.

What to share, what to learn, from years of suffering and misery, don’t beat yourself up for the dark side of you. Don’t add more negativity to the negativity.

In humility, I focus my attention on what is as it is. That is my prayer.

Embrace what pulls you down, understand that darkness is part of life, we all share it.

Our life goes from innocence to suffering, to learning to understanding, to transcendence. I don’t make the rules, the path is given. Are we with life?

In humility, I focus my attention on what is as it is. That is my prayer.
