The mystical marigold has a deep history in medicine and spirituality. The Aztecs thought the sunny flowers held magical healing powers.

All I know is if you plant marigolds around your tomatoes, they repel garden pests organically. So grab those seeds while you can!

Now is the time to clip off the dead heads and break apart.

I like to take the marigold seeds and put them in little envelopes for gifts to tuck inside cards.
