Think about this:

“Don’t Believe Everything You Think”

a favorite Andy Andrews quote…

As some of you know, I never finished my Ph.D. in Marriage & Family Therapy back in the early 90’s because I was told by some professors that I could not write…and I believed them.

Several years ago one of those professors signed up for one of my Content Creation Workshops…that was a happy day

As author Richard Bach says:

“Argue for your limitations and you get to keep them”

Be careful, be very careful, about the limitations others, and especially you try to put on you…and which ones you believe.

The truth is I’ve been creating content to build my businesses, both offline (a thriving therapy practice from 1986–2006) and online (helping entrepreneurs build their online business with Content Marketing 2006 to NOW), since 1994.

So when someone says you can’t do something, it’s not necessarily true.

Even if that someone is you.

As my buddy Andy Andrews says:

“Don’t believe everything you think.”

From the “short-n-sweet” column department.

And here’s a story about how I made the trip from counseling psychologist to content marketer — reinvention at 47:
