Don’t Believe A Word “I” Tell You

One night, tossing and turning in bed, My eyes opened and spotted the clock.
11:59 pm
“Ugh. Are you kidding? I’m going to be a zombie tomorrow!”
Toss and turn. Toss and turn.
“I have so much to do. And so little time.”
12:43 am:
“I have to publish more. What should I write about?”
Toss and turn. Toss and turn.
1:18 am
“I have no niche. What’s my niche?”
1:52 am
“What are people thinking of me? I feel stuck.”
Then, it was though a voice in the corner of the room spoke.
“But are you really stuck?” “Or did ‘I’ just convince you?”
At that moment, smiling ear to ear, My body turned over one final time And slept like a baby.
It made sense.
But again, don’t believe a word “I” tell you.
