With a little bit of this and that…

Groggy, foggy, sleeping your life away. A mental and physical abyss you may find yourself in.

Awaken.

Where has that spark that ignited your clarity gone?

What is your matchstick? Get rid of those cobwebs with a giant thrust of a kick.

Pitch that mental debris. A weight bigger than a freight. A weight you must unearth to change your fate.

Physical fog is another beast. Less sugar, although sweet, will drain you causing you to fall flat on your feet.

Awaken with brighter eyes. Today is your day to revitalize.

This can be your reality.
