It criticizes the current state of divisiveness and dependency on government, advocating for citizens to lead by example and embody the principles of self-reliance and unity. The author argues that true leadership, as exemplified by actions rather than words, is crucial for the future of the nation. The piece contrasts the effectiveness of Trump's presidency, seen as action-oriented, with the managerial approach of Biden, and underscores the need for leaders who are willing to take bold steps into the unknown. It also reflects on the role of corporations as legal entities with responsibilities and the importance of the Constitution as a guiding framework for governance. The article concludes by encouraging voters to choose leaders who demonstrate vision, discipline, and passion, and who are motivated by conscience to enact meaningful change.

Opinions

  • The author posits that being a leader is about doing the right thing, not just managing affairs effectively, and that this distinction is what

Doing Not Talking Is What Makes A Man Or A President

As Citizens of this lately thought of a calamitous Nation, we have to know, understand and act on the knowledge-wise men have already given us:

Regardless of Politics, “US-The People” need to LEAD — Source, quote by Mahatma Gandhi.

There are no shortages of stories of people so animated by emotion they cannot stop assigning failures of Biden to Trump and, as a result, continue to hate ALL those associated with that type of thinking. All “those” must be Trump clones.

Everybody is so caught up in the emotion-charged moment, that we all forget, OUR JOB IS TO BUILD A NATION worthy of us. That is job one. That job is NOT getting done because of differences in “ideology.” We acquire and “F” as citizens.

  • Some of us have turned into beggars wanting the government to be their forever parent and caretaker.
  • Others want to annihilate ANYONE who thinks differently from them; they are so unique that they want to “own” their pronoun; or have their political view be the only correct view.
  • The Oxymoron of that thinking is that they also want everybody classified by RACE, just so, but everybody thinks precisely the same regarding race? Say what? We want to be unique in every way, except we differentiate “races” AND want everybody to be blind to this differentiation? Can we not be proud and celebrate who we think we are, regardless of what others think? Who made this LAW? Are we that self-centered?
  • Boo-hoo-hoo, the Government is to blame for ALL of it.

We are ungrateful animals because we are rational. The thinking most of the hate-mongers do is self-centric. If emotion was attached to that behavior, it would be “fear.”

If the electrons, protons, and neutrons that build the essence of life have a bias, and we, as the chemical product of their work, need to be corrected by “government “ law, what does it say about us? Are we children? Our bodies have the equivalent of 600 square miles of chemical plants to “keep us alive and healthy.” That is approximately the distance between WDC to Chicago square. It’s a miracle we (humans = rational animals) exist at all. No wonder we fight wars all the time.

Trump was not someone to listen to; he did not have the florid tongue Obama had. However, he out-did Obama’s eight years in 4 as far as being effective with the “actions” he took. Talking is not walking; talking has no direction.

Though people throw rocks at his egocentricity/poor tongue and cannot get passed that observation, Trump, aside from being egocentric also showed us he was a leader in his own right. He was an outsider, not an insider. He was not part of the war machine; they feared him; you can add the super-wealthy because they have forgotten lessons of the past and think they have control.

Read the quote above; it is also applicable to ALL corporations, regardless of who runs them. “Corporations” are Legal entities that have rights just like us. So, in the eyes of the law, they are treated as such. Such a definition also means responsibility runs both ways. The “Board of Directors” makes this legal entity a “rational-legal animal.” A legal way to give a “life sentence” to a corporation can be firing the whole board of directors. The Judge would assign a court-appointed entity to manage it until a new board is voted in by the stakeholders; or dissolving the entire entity, except this will result in the loss of jobs in the market. Why do we get the lawmakers get away with the blind eye they use for this?

Requirement for the Job (for ALL of us)

The walk, not his talk, is the contrast between Trump and Biden. Biden is a manager; he wants to “do things right.” A leader knows how to do that, BUT above all, they, wants to do to “do the right thing.” There is a vast difference between the two. That is what made Trump as a leader look radical. We have never seen a president like that; most are political animals, “accommodate and be accommodated.” No credit has been assigned to his leadership, and thus we are back to a leader-less President who knows how to accommodate himself within the WDC system. Much of his “talk” does not become the “walk.”

You can make a mile-long list on things alluded to Trump or Biden. However, Trump dared go where nobody had gone before in what he did. Leaders are not always right; they are Human.

The Presidency requires Leadership OVER Management. How are we going to walk into the unknown future otherwise?

For someone leading a “leading Nation in the world” requires defining the future through pathfinding; self-motivation to align commitment, vision, and passion; and Conscience, to live with the consequences of his actions. All of the above requires being able to see a “possibility” and a “need” for action.

That is the requirement for the job.

The Choice For All of Us

Would you rather be a talker or a doer? All the crying seen in Medium pieces points to “talkers.” How will that build a country? It is up to “US,” and that doesn’t get it done.

Talking trash about any man is easy. The most exposed to that is Biden. However, both of these presidents deeds will stay on the record forever. The “talk” is not worth talking about it; History always points to “deeds.”

Based on what I read in Medium, I truly believe: “There is no greater distance than the space between two heads.” Quote by…author unknown. Isn’t that why people say, “put your heads together to solve a problem.” Can we do that?

If we got our heads together and talked about demanding better governments, regardless of political inclinations, wouldn’t we do better? It is certain, that we would make a dent where things can change for what WE want. We need TO VOTE for someone that shows up as a leader. A human inclined to “do,” not to “talk doing.”

There is “no better” government system to get or upgrade to. There is not one man out there that has the better idea. The Constitution IS the better idea. SO far, they all promise and don’t deliver to us a “Constitutional Government.”

It is up to us. The articles I read in Medium are predominantly not the answer for our future. Most throw moral rocks at the past. Too many words are wasted on the emotions we are invested in. STOP. Regroup. Think about what we are doing.

WE OWN THE GOVERNMENT

  • THEY ARE SUBJECTED TO THE LAW OF THE CONSTITUTION. This is what the founders designed into the Constitution.
  • WE NEED TO PUT THEIR FEET IN THAT FIRE.
  • CONSTANTLY.
  • WITH ONE VOICE.
  • THERE ARE NO OTHER CHOICES LEFT FOR OUR FUTURE.

We need to develop the future WE WANT, not the one HANDED TO US. Granted, we are like passengers on a ship called “America.” However, WE get to choose who is the rudder of that ship.

We are the Rudder and our VOTE has to be the Trim Tab to keep the government obedient to the Constitution — Source Author sketch

How is America to be the LEADER of the world if you and I are passive tit suckers as if we were babies? Constantly complaining about the past or our current state. What about building a new National future?

REMEMBER AND KNOW THESE THINGS when you Vote:

  • Being a self-leader is liberating because of your role of self-determination.
  • Learn to: Manage-Up” with your vote. This will liberate the country from the tyranny of poor leadership.
  • However, before you can lead others, you have to learn to lead yourself.
  • Leadership is a CHOICE, NOT A POSITION. This is the root problem of our government. Anyone serving does not know that. Many think, “it’s a leadership position,” but they think like managers.
  • Leadership is about CHANGE…Change is hard. (Everybody complaining today is an example). Decide, are YOU part of the problem or part of the solution.
  • CHANGE requires Vision, Discipline, and Passion — These are the intrinsic motivation that rules the Leadership World.
  • The difference between good and bad leaders is “Conscience.” This is the intersection of Behavior and Moral Law. The moral law is what makes us human; we are rational animals. Vision, Discipline, and Passion have to be governed by Conscience.
