Have you ever arrived in a place that welcomed you so lovingly and unprepared that you immediately felt at home?

I moved to a new city years ago. With my toddler I went to the nearest playground and let her explore the space.

A moment later, I don’t even know how, I was sitting on a trampoline and three younger girls were admiring and braiding my hair, while my child was running around so happy and cheerful.

I immediately felt relaxed and finally arrived. A moment that spread so much warmth, familiarity and carefree that I always like to remember it.

And I still live in this place.
