Good morning

I have a problem for the past almost 2 weeks.

I don’t get any communication from medium [email protected]

I just wish to check if any of you are still facing a similar problem.

I appreciate your reply and the solution if you have found.

I received a reply on 1st Feb from [email protected] “We are working to improve this, please bear with us”

to my following questions dated 29th Jan.

1. I do not see the claps now to my story but only comments.

2. I don’t see the names of the readers who highlight the text of my story but I highlighted the text.

3. My horizontal bar like profile photo, notifications etc are now in the vertical bar.

Earlier I was getting info on my email like:

Name of the readers who have clapped, commented, highlighted.
Published articles from the subscribed authors, as I have subscribed to many writers.
Medium digest every day

I have checked my email setting, I have NOT BLOCKED any ids from the above communications. I have verified and again included it in safe ids.

In the medium setting, the following are all on.

· Medium Digest

The best stories on Medium are personalized based on your interests, as well as outstanding stories selected by our editors

Daily

· Emails from writers

Receive emails from writers you’ve subscribed to when they publish stories

· Emails from publications

Receive email digests from publications you follow

…..

However, I get notification about response, comments, new followers on my site.

Although Thief and Hollie told me not to worry, I am wondering, whether a similar situation is faced by others too. I don’t believe in these days no body has published any article.
