Do these when life hits you

What again? How could this happen to me? Do you have thought of why the same thing would happen to you again and again, and it seems like you can’t get rid of it? It’s like one second you were let loose and the next second ‘BOOM,’ suddenly similar that happen previously before shot you again. Damn it! You’ve tried everything possible to make sure things could work out, but sadly, it doesn’t.

When something terrible happens to us, don’t blame, don’t critics.

Just do this; it’s better to write it down, though; it’s better not to overburden your mind when you are sad or unable to focus. Just write it down, and you’ll have a clearer view of what happened. You might not be able to solve the problem immediately, but at least you could see clearly what’s on your mind and better analyze it, yea?

  1. What happened?

Write down what has happened. You could write a very long story about it or just a summary or even a sentence. It doesn’t matter; write it down.

2. What will happen next?

So what are the consequences, what trouble does it bring you? Does it affect your lifestyle? Or relationship?

3. How do you feel about it?

As you know, our brain believes what we tell it

..

You know this is quite important as people tend to blame themselves for what happens and started the negative criticism in their mind. Instead of saying I’m stupid, say this I feel silly. Instead of saying, why me? Say this WTF (no, I’m just kidding). The trick is don’t use I am; use I feel instead.

4. Choice

You can’t change the past, but you can change your future by making a choice.

Making a choice is the only thing that we have fully controlled in life, you know? Well, you can make a choice to see if you would want to solve it, accept it or just run away from it. Well, you can list down a few options and actions that you’re going to take or try. But also bear in mind that inaction is a choice also. So pick one that’s you prefer.

You are not alone. We all been there.

It’s ok to feel stuck and down sometimes. We all been there. And remember, you’re not alone, and you can get through this. I hope this helps you and making you feel better after reading. Chill ~
