Do Not Insult a Croc
Do not insult a crocodile
When you are crossing a river
He might just be hungry
And decide to have you for dinner
***
A big American crocodile
It was said that he had eaten another man
No one saw it happen
But the new village chief told everyone
It happened that way
They didn’t dare question him
He took his job very seriously
And they were too afraid to ask questions
About what happened.
***
The new village chief was also a very big man
He wasn’t afraid to take the law into his own hands
Everyone in the village knew this one day
When he put on some gloves
And went out looking for someone
…the crocodile of course
***
After finding the crocodile
It did not take him very long
It was a ferocious fight
But the village chief came out on top
***
The crocodile had been beaten within an inch of its life
After the big American crocodile lay on the ground
Bleeding and nearly dead
…the new village chief
He walked up to it with his gloves still on
And he kicked the crocodile again and again and again
And only stopped when the crocodile was completely dead.
***
The new village chief did not waste any time
He began to cut off pieces of the crocodile
…the new village chief
While everyone stood watching in silence.
It didn’t take him very long
Until he reached the stomach area
And then he pulled out a man’s arm and leg
And handed them to the other villagers
***
Then he reached into the crocodile one more time
And he pulled out another arm and leg
…the new village chief
Everyone in the village was so afraid of him
They would do anything he asked them to do
And no one ever challenged him.
