Did you know that stress and isolation put pressure on the endocannabinoid system? I just recently wrote about how the migration of our social culture to digital platforms has adversely affected our well-being!

So one way to address and mediate the stress caused by isolation is to address ECS regulation, through working with cannabis and taking CBD, but also through activities like meditation and hypnosis. Both approaches have been found to help to regulate the ECS. NSAIDs also act on the ECS, as do nutraceuticals like echinacea and dark chocolate.
