Dharma Sankat
The clash between to-be or to-do
to sit or to act to give time to settle the dust or to act in unclearness
to allow the fears in body-mind to play out and naturally fall into a state of fearlessness
to not fight or flee in presence of discomfort
to not fall for the conditioned reflex-reaction but to stay and to see how one gets hijacked
to not force an artificial order preached by self-help gurus but to allow to stumble upon order naturally and organically
to not force some ideal state or habits of superior people upon you aggressively, but to be with the fact of what you are unflinchingly
to not trade current reality for a future fantasy
to not suppress or sedate the chaotic restless energy but to be with it;
trusting that its release will give rise to sanity and stability within that you do not have to rely on mental tricks
one might as well shiver and tremble fully that its end will pave the way for a fresh beginning with crystal clarity;
so that you are not confused or in dharmasankat whether to-be or to-do
