Life is an image of many colors. I as a child saw much defeat and hopelessness yet hope was the one I had put my trust in.

Many times it threw me down, Wounded and weak I lay there with that flickering flame of hope. Trust in hope made me dare to rise.

Many New Moons passed in dark with no light seen for miles by my eyes yet I stood my wounded frame to walk, and today I sat on the log to see the Sunset.

It is still near twilight not dark yet, and I see many truths of life thrive in butterflies. There is hope and trust I have in life, and people that hopeless despair will vanish for dare to prevail without fear.

Thank you to the few who read my work. With gratitude to Sahil Patel for publishing.
