December 1st, 2nd, & 3rd: My At Home Workouts
I’ve gotten busy these last few days, so I didn’t get a chance to update my daily workouts. But I have been doing them. Below is a quick rundown on what I trained over the last three days.
Body Parts I Targeted
On December 1st, 2nd, and 3rd I did full-body workouts. I trained:
. Legs . Chest . Back . Shoulders . Traps . Biceps . Triceps . Abs
My Workout Routines
My workout routines on December 1st, 2nd and the 3rd consisted of doing several exercises for each body part. The goal was to do a total of at least 100 reps per body part. On one of those days, I know I surpassed the 100 rep mark.
I mixed up my workouts with kettlebells, lightweight dumbbells, and body weight exercises. I also mixed up the order of the exercises I performed, as well as throwing in a different one on each of the days.
The Exercises I Performed
As previously mentioned, I mixed up the exercises I did. In short, the exercises I incorporated into my three workouts included:
. Body weight squats
. Jumping squats
. Kettlebell hack squats
. Calf raises
. Kettlebell rows
. Dumbbell rows
. Lying pullovers
. Dumbbell shoulder presses
. Upright rows with dumbbells
. Lateral raises
. Side raises
. Shrugs
. Pushups
. Crossover pushups
. Kettlebell pushouts
. Several variations of curls
. Several triceps exercises
. Several ab exercises
I threw in other exercises for different body parts; So the above are a few examples of what I did.
Short And Intense
Sometimes my at home workouts will look like they’d be lengthy, but they are relatively short. However, they are intense and I definitely feel them.
Final Thoughts
For the month of December, I’m trying to document my daily workouts and throw them into a Medium List. But the last few days I got busy, and I was tired on one of those days.
I actually was very tempted to skip a workout, but I decided to jump into it regardless.
I’m glad I didn’t skip anything because I felt better afterwards.
And with all that said, happy training to anyone else exercising today.
