Death is intriguing It raises many questions on life The ultimate destination of body is the truth that nobody can deny

Living every day as final Not knowing what to expect when is that last day Regret is the last thing that anyone ever wants to feel when it is time to bid farewell

Death can be an incredible teacher The birth of spirituality happens when we accept our mortality Utilizing our limited time to prioritize what is really important

Better to learn and unlearn each day or live in fear of losing all on one particular date Better to die completely Before the death of the body

The attachments, the race of possessions This dumping ground will remain behind When you are going to lose everything one day then why not learn the art of giving away

Giving away the importance to self to the grooming and presentation of “I” undue attention to society and its rules The definition of what people call success on the shaky foundation of uncertainty When we all have to die one day, then why harbor the anger, jealousy, and expectations?

Will death be ugly or beautiful? Who knows for sure But the shock and fear will indeed grapple until you understand the real lesson of self

Death is going to be a topic to avoid while you still are in a learning phase Till the time you accept the inevitable It is always going to scare you away

Let death teach you a lesson:

Just imagine for a second What if that last day was today? What if that last moment is now? What is that you fear the most?

What do you want to change while you still have the time to rectify and live? What better teacher of life than the death herself

Each day we masquerade as life Veil sliding away each moment till death is standing right at our noses Head hung in our daily chores that life slipping by is rarely observed

Do you accept your mortality?

Are you afraid to discuss death? Do you think that you still have long to live? Yes, you may unquestionably have years in your life But do you genuinely believe that you are going to notice that Once you have finished this piece of poem

STOP!

With your closed eyes, Take a pause and reflect:

What if this is your last moment? What if everything that you built is snatched away in this second? Your relations, your assets, your everything Your body taking the last few breaths Helplessly you lay at the bed Can’t move, can’t twitch Can’t say a single word Just watch the people who surrounds

What is the prominent emotion that you are feeling right now? What is that you want to say but can’t? What is that you wish to do, but are paralyzed to do so Are there any pending words, or actions?

STOP!

Let it overwhelm you Let it override you Cry if you want to but don’t you dare lie to you

If you missed the point I urge you to go back to the first stop Read again and let yourself soak in the lesson that death is going to teach you right now, and here

Are there any changes that need to be done?

Now you know, what you don’t want to feel at that last moment Let it be a turning point and work upon that

Changes that you have to inculcate Focus on yourself, your feel Liberate yourself from any pressure that you feel right now It is all momentary and self-created

Let this small experiment help you to take the right steps that deep inside you always knew Love all, express it freely Break free from the ones that you despise

Now is the time to reflect and work Enjoy life, no matter if it is for a day or a millennium Leave regrets of living it according to someone else It is your life, and all that matters is your happiness!
