Dear Terrific Writer: Will You Make A Promise Right Now, Never To Work Harshly Again?

Sit not in long periods, if you wanna avoid strained back stiff neck, and urinary infections; use a standing desk or whatever, will check with you later.
Take a break, each half hour or so, do some stretching a bit, bend your legs, here and there, extend your arms just don’t quiver, will reward you with a drink oh, don’t whimper.
Take care of your shoulders, naturally, your fingers and wrists, too; for De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis soon owns you!
Learn to stay hydrated, but drink healthily with pure water, less of soda, and sugary drinks thereafter.
Exercise and socialize to avoid getting fat, please don’t dismiss It is one of merit, other than those brief writing habits.
Most of all, protect your eyes from the computer’s glare, relax the near focus exercise the far focus; avoid fatigue all-day do some meditating, with nature walks so refreshing.
Guess how you can top these all? get eight hour of sleep-full Can’t do it sometimes? sneak some power naps, amid writing sessions, soon it becomes a unique obsession.
But of course, you can faithfully do these all every day if you will equip yourself with a personal journal and schedule each and everything where it fits in your daily tasks.
Remember, self-love and self-care are a must. It costs money to stay healthy, but it’s even more expensive to get sick. After all, you can use your downtime wisely, by being creative, too!
Try creative lollygagging rather.
