It’s like your personal goal map waiting for your touch!</p><h2 id="bfb0">HABIT TRACKERS</h2><p id="530f">This page is my absolute favourite in the journal because it helps me track all my habits. If there’s a habit you’re not into, no worries — just cross it out and focus on the ones you want to work on. Mark the dates when you stick with them, and you’ll see your progress right in front of you. Ask yourself some basic questions like, “How am I feeling this month?” or “Am I strong emotionally?” For your body, think about whether you’re happy with how you look or if there’s anything you want to change. Exciting news, everyone! After a month of dedicated work, I’m thrilled to announce that my dream journal is now available on Amazon! You might be thinking, “What’s so special about another journal?” Well, let me tell you, this is not your average planner or bullet journal.

Let me take you back to 2020 when I decided to start a bullet journal. The problem was, that I had no clue where to begin. That’s when I stumbled upon a helpful YouTube video that provided the inspiration and guidance I needed.

The key? I started by dividing the journal into 12 months and crafted unique monthly calendars for each. Infusing it with my creativity and innovative ideas, I made the journal not just a tool for organizing tasks, but a delightful space to capture my thoughts and experiences every day.

This successful technique became the foundation for my 2021 and 2022 journals, which received positive feedback from friends and family. This year, I decided to take it further and create a digital version. Why? Because I believe everyone deserves to have a journal that’s not just a chore but an uplifting and personalized experience.

I’m excited to share this creation with the world and hope it adds a touch of inspiration and creativity to the lives of those who use it.

WHY DID I CREATE THIS JOURNAL?

2023 has been a rollercoaster of challenges for me — grappling with anxiety, battling procrastination, struggling with sleep, and a lack of positivity. Frustrated with my habits and yearning for change, I reflected on the times when my routine felt just right, and that’s when THE IDEA came to mind.

First things first, the name of the journal is “Dear Me, Let’s Live Forever

How did I choose this name?

I chose this name with a profound purpose. This journal is a dedication to myself, a homage to the version of me that thrived. I envisioned this journal as a companion for anyone facing struggles with personal development. Holding this journal is not just about recording your journey; it’s about finding joy in the process and doing it for yourself, and no one else.

I believe that as the years pass, flipping through these pages will be like rediscovering a part of yourself, ensuring that, in a way, you live on forever.

Now, you might be wondering, how did writing a journal change my everyday routine during those tough years? What sets this journal apart from others, and how can it transform your life?
