“Pull Quotes” of a 2 Year Old: Week 21

…A Young Storyteller

My daughter is a questioner. Not in the annoyingly endless “Why?”-way (just yet) but in that if we’re telling her a plan, she’ll confirm with us at each break. For example: “Okay, we’re going to the store…” (high-pitched daughter:) “The store?” “Then, we’re going to get some lunch.” “Lunch?” “And come home.” “Come home?” It’s one of thousands of things I want to always remember.

More from before:

Recap:

My daughter is also a great storyteller, retelling the oral history of her adventures in the great tradition of her father. She can regale you with her tales of the time a bee (it was not a bee) landed on her in the elevator. Or the majesty of her father slipping and falling on his face, let’s hope that one gets lost in time.
