Day 19 of Personal Tales: Let’s keep the ball rolling

A Saturday filled with therapeutic chores from organizing my room to grocery shopping and lazy afternoons.

Today is the 19th Day of my daily writing challenge it's almost nearing two-thirds completion.

I’m in much better spirits towards the daily blogs. The feeling of getting nearer to the goal is exhilarating.

When promises made to oneself and others are kept, the respect for the self certainly spikes up.

This is less of pride and more of humility, being able to deliver what is expected on good and bad days alike.

How did I start my day?

Woke up a tad bit late as it was a Saturday morning and sipped on some hot water while in bed while reading a book.

Got out of bed and organized the living area and the kitchen, did my laundry, and went to take a cold shower.

After the shower, lit up some incense sticks and got dressed in comfy clothes.

Headed for the meditation session and had an interesting conversation with the trainer.

What did I eat?
